Development
The Condor is fast and agile. It has limited cargo space so it's not very suitable for trading or mining. It is best used as an assault vessel in a hit-and-run type of operations.

Summary

The Condor is the Caldari fast frigate. The changes in Inferno 1.2 transformed the Condor into the Caldari specialized tackler with a role bonus to propulsion jamming activation costs. With 4 mid slots, the Condor can fit two tackle modules alongside a microwarpdrive and medium shield extender, depending on the capabilities desired; for solo work, the mids often carry e-war to enhance the ship's defenses.

While the Condor is an effective first/fast tackler (ie long point), the Merlin - with its stronger tank - is better suited to second tackle (ie scram and/or web) however the Condor's 4 mids allow it to fit both alongside a tank.
