:: I had a look at the API. My impression is that I could automate with it what I could otherwise manually do i.e. click on each entry and check. This wouldn't be a solution which reaches beyond myself. Due to that and other reasons I'm not really interested in that approach. I had a short google search if what I ask is possible and there used to be an extension for media wiki which does it.
