Information about when titles are lost
Posing some questions about losing sec status / NBSI rules would be great. Mainly that new titles are not granted below 0.0 and titles are stripped at -2.0. Graduate title and ephemeral activity
The page states that for a Graduate title evaluation, "we can not evaluate what we can not see".
