EVE University Chat Channels

Chat channels

EVE University maintains a number of in-game chat channels which are listed below. Members are reminded that they should not create new chat channels ending in .E-Uni, under the EVE University Rules. Official channels are created by the CEO to ensure EVE University can retain control of them if a member leaves. If you require a new 'official' chat channel please contact the Director of Operations.

Public channels

Class channels

These channels are used when teaching classes, for the teacher to post links and for students to post questions. The class announcement will say which particular channel is being used.

Campus channels

Campuses are groups of EVE University members living together in a different area of space. They are all part of the same corporation, but they each have their own distinct culture.

Mailing Lists

Mailing lists are a way of sending in game mails to a select group of people. You can join mailing lists in subjects which interest you. To join a mailing list open up your mail window and select mailing lists in the bottom left. Again members, should not create any official mailing lists to avoid EVE Uni losing control of them.
