Iis Foolio
Born male into the Minmatar tribe of Seibestor, gifted the name "Iis Foolio". Certainly a jack-of-all trades master of none type of guy he squirled arround new-eden for some years. Ever looking for that new and exiting thing to do he realised that to grow and become a good capsuleer, training and guidance are at order. Entered the University, YC...., settled since at the NSC campus growing every day, inital guidance requested from [User:47] trough the mentor program.
