This department, unlike others in E-UNI, relies on daily communication of it's staff members with both each other and the personnel management. This had a side effect: this department has become the most friendly and ''cool'' department in the EVE University. The camaraderie in it is so dense, you could cut it with a knife. This however comes with a price, each personnel officer is a volunteer. We do not get paid for the work we do, yet we are held to a higher standard than other E-UNI students.
