You also want to avoid basing yourself in or very near trade hubs. These hubs are natural rally and congestion points for the enemy to easily find and kill you. You will want to use an OOC alt to do business in these hubs. Obtaining jump clones while in the Uni during wartime may be somewhat difficult due to the travelling that is involved.
