Removed a heartwarming mention about the Incursion community trying to prevent the shutdown of Project Solitude but going there more often :(

* The current focus is really bad, downright dangerous to run in (realistically shouldn't be picked to begin with).

* The current focus requires 3 or more pickets, activity is low and the extra pickets is an immediate hindrance to running and a new 1-picket system spawned (don't confuse this with not having enough people ongrid).

We like our [[Project Solitude|Solitude]] brothers and sisters and should try to take the opportunity to visit them as often as we can. Depending on the state of the community, try to go to any and all incursions in the Solitude region, like [http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Solitude/Goins#sec Goins] and [http://evemaps.dotlan.net/map/Solitude/Orvanne#sec Orvanne]. For this, consider the following:
In order to actually decide to move, these should be strong guidelines:

* Moving should lead to more fleets.
* How active is the community? Would this run the risk of shutting down the community?
* How many people in the community have already moved a ship and clone there?
* Do we have people around with time to help move or ferry people over?
* If you do decide to move, you need to move within the first day of it spawning to make it worth everyone's time (as Solitude spawns have a slightly higher chance at hitting mobilized faster). If you don't move right away, forget about moving there as the opportunity is lost.
* Each time we move, we get a few more people setup in Solitude, so keeping this up increases the enjoyment for everyone as it becomes easier and easier to gets fleets there. Encourage people to leave a ship and clone there when they move, so they only have to clone-jump back next time we get a Solitude spawn.

Now, none of these should be an automatic move, it just means that those could be examples of situations that warrant considering moving. In order to actually decide to move, these should be strong guidelines:
* Moving should lead to more fleets, or in case of Solitude, give unique opportunities.
* The decision should be made with all timezones in mind, don't move if it kills another timezone or just because it would be better for your timezone.

* The decision shouldn't simply be about convenience, it should be about safety and enabling more fleets.

If possible, favour going to systems close to other [[campuses]]. This will help new people swing by to try our incursions, or raise awareness of our community. Going to '''Solitude''' is also something to consider, see the section above.
