|problem = [[Perfect Refine List]] is a list of volunteers with excellent skills who refine ores. Because there is no template each refiner/user formatted their skills, availability, cost and last update date according to their ability.

|description = Examine the [[Perfect Refine List]] and propose a new template that perfect refiners could use to describe who they are, how much their services cost, when it was the last time they updated their skill list, what implants they have, their contact information and what ever else you think perfect refiners would like.
