Contested Caldari Lai Dai Refinery is a static Caldari COSMOS site in Airmia. The first gate to the first pocket only permits ships smaller or equal to T2 Cruisers.

Dry River Warehouse respawns only once per day after daily downtime, so you could ran into competition for its loot.
Also, some players making money of it, by regularly hunting it down immediately after downtime, and than selling "Parts of Printing Machine" via contracts, thus creating artificial scarcity. (as of September 2021 price on contracts was 135 millions per set of 5 pieces, on 2023-08-17: 9 contracts where available for a price of 339 to 379 millions per set)
