Permission

While most classes are taught by E-UNI Teachers, any member of Eve University with Sophomore status or higher is able to schedule a class.

If you are not a E-UNI Teacher and you wish to conduct a class - including any Guest Lecturer who is outside of E-UNI - contact the Teaching Manager beforehand for advice and assistance.

See the Guide to teaching classes for further information about planning your class. You will be expected to follow these guidelines, especially:

Special note on Covert Ops / Stealth Bomber / Intel / Scouting Classes

You will need to obtain permission from an Intel Director before you can schedule these (whether a practical is involved or not). Please obtain this permission before going to the trouble of scheduling the class. Also be sure to remind your students that they will need permission from Intel to fly these in wartime.

Practical Classes

Please note that Guest Lecturers may not be fleeted with Uni members during a class. This applies even if you have +5 or +10 standings with the uni. If you require a fleet for the class, you will need to arrange for a uni member to act as your proxy fleet commander.

Cancellations and postponements:

If you need to cancel a class, please do not delete your posts from the forum or the in-game calendar. Instead, please edit the tags on both to [CANCELLED]. If you need to postpone a class, please mark the original class as [CANCELLED] and create new posts for the new time on the forum and in-game calendar.
