The Curator is a level 3 Amarr COSMOS agent, located at the second stage of Museum Arcana in Zimse. You need the "Key to Arcana" to access this room. It can be acquired by hacking the "Trial of Skill" can in the first room.

The Ritual Texts can be acquired by destroying the Arcana Patron battleships in the room and looting the wreck.

Notes

The final mission gives 2% Amarr Empire standings (Social V) and a "Key to the Labyrinth".
Since there is only a limited chance to find the desired items per can, it might take some time to get them all. A battleship for killing the spawns plus a well tanked fast hacking ship (Stratios, T2 or T3 cruiser) works well. There is a high chance to encounter other players here.

Loot Example:

Spending 45 minutes onsite with 2 battleships (one of which was hacking) produced 35 million in loot, 33 million of which were from the cans, only 2 million was from wrecked vessels. Also note that the respawn rate of rats is high enough to exceed the ability of an MTU to collect. You therefore cannot clear a site entirely.
