The SCC Secure Key Storage is a data site that appears as a level II data signature in Low security space. The site provides ESS reserve keys.

First room requires coordinated hacking with a data analyzer. Due to the hacking mechanics the site should only be attempted with a small fleet or multiboxing at least one strongly tanked marauder and two hacking bonused ships.
Tank for omni damage, especially in the second room. Be prepared to be potentially swarmed by multiple reinforcement waves at once and expect upwards of 4-5k omni damage. NPCs will often split aggro which will make the site more doable for burst tanking fleets.
Most NPCs in this site have uniform resists. The SCC Security Heavy GunStar is weakest to Kinetic damage, while the Stasis GunStar is weakest to Thermal.
Proximity mines in this site are weaker than their counterparts in some other exploration sites like the Superior Sleeper Cache and the AEGIS Capital Ship Security Facility, but still do roughly 4000 omni damage. Tank your hacking ships accordingly in case you accidentally trigger them.

Warp-in

You land in the middle of a decently sized minefield 30 km off the acceleration gate to the next room. Clear out the sentries before you attempt to hack the containers needed to unlock the acceleration gate. Note that the Stasis GunStars will also deal damage to you along with their EWAR effect.

Failing a hack on either gate control can will summon a response fleet. They must be successfully hacked within 15 seconds of each other to unlock the gate for 2 minutes.

Upon successfully hacking either can
SCC Forces have been alerted and have started the Key Generator shutdown process. This may take up to an hour.

Upon successfully unlocking the gate
Security Gate has been unlocked. Security protocols will lock the gate again after 2 minutes have elapsed.

Pocket 2

The ESS key must be looted within one hour of successfully hacking the cans in the previous room, or the site will despawn.

NPCs will periodically spawn a large swarm of fast-moving Infiltrator IIs shortly after warp-in. The drones deal a LOT of EM damage and will orbit you at 7800m. They move extremely fast and have small signature radius but low EHP so a large smartbomb can deal with them fairly easily.

Battleships will orbit extremely far away (90-100 km) and must be sniped. Other NPCs will generally close in below 20 km. Cruisers make up the majority of the incoming damage and should be primaried on warp-in - each does ~250 DPS Kin/EX.

Last ship destroyed will spawn a container containing an ESS key with a direction corresponding to one of the four "quadrants" of nullsec space, the specific regions in each quadrant being listed below. The direction can be NE, NW, SE or SW. The key itself is configured to authorize either 15 or 45 releases of funds (i.e. payouts of reserve bank loot) after being used on an ESS reserve bank.

NE key can be used on ESS Reserve Banks in Cobalt Edge, Etherium Reach, Malpais, Oasa, Outer Passage, Perrigen Falls, The Spire and Cache.

NW key can be used on ESS Reserve Banks in Branch, Deklein, Pure Blind, Tenal, Tribute, Cloud Ring, Fade, Fountain, The Kalevala Expanse and Vale of the Silent.

SE key can be used on ESS Reserve Banks in Geminate, Detorid, Immensea, Insmother, Omist, Scalding Pass, Tenerifis and Wicked Creek.

SW key can be used on ESS Reserve Banks in Feythabolis, Impass, Delve, Period Basis, Querious, Catch, Esoteria, Paragon Soul and Providence.
