Between 12 July and 16 September 2019 Nullsec zones were under [[Blackout|blackout]], so pilots in will not automatically appear in the local member list like they would in a Highsec or Lowsec system. This means that there is no indication of who or how many other pilots are in the same w-space system you are in.
