Observatory Flashpoint is a combat anomaly that can be found in Pochven.
The site comes prelocked so you always fight against EDENCOM.

Small number of EDENCOM and Triglavian ships fighting each other on the acceleration gate.

In this room there is a Stellar Observatory, this must be destroyed.
The EDENCOM will attempt to defend it over two waves and a final wave with a Dreadnought. Destroy the Dreadnought and the Stellar Observatory will fall.
