Mission briefing

The Underground Circus represents everything wrong with our Federation, the exploitation of personal liberties for the sick desires of depraved “citizens.” True Gallente have respect for themselves and treat their freedom with dignity, respect, and class. I should have known that the Circus would have something to do with this kidnapping business: Children are commodities in a dump like that. Looks like it's time for us to bring in the Ringmaster, the owner/operator of the Underground Circus. Don't let her name fool you: She's ruthless, cunning, and manipulative. I've worked with her before, back when she was a legit businesswoman. She's degraded into a broker of sin and filth, a mockery of what she once was. Find her and bring her to me. You will face groups that use ships from multiple factions in this mission. Consumption Junkies and Lustadores use serpentis ships that deal and are weak to Kin/Th. Sinful Saints use angel ships that deal and are weak to Ex/Kin.

Blitz: Clear the warpin area. In second room destroy the Ringmaster's Pleasure Hub, blow up The Ringmaster, loot her wreck and complete the mission.

Warpin

2 NPC Groups: Group 1 auto aggro, Group 2 remains neutral until attacked. You should attempt clearing group 1 before engaging group 2 as the damps are quite strong. Single damp from Lustadores cruiser will reduce your targeting range by 50%. The area has multiple habitation modules that drop commodities such as "Tourists" and "Long-Limb Roes".

First pocket

The mission is flagged completed after destroying The Ringmaster's ship. Loot The Ringmaster (mission objective) and return to agent. If the incoming damage/damps are too much for you thin out the rats first. The elite cruisers will again damp with 50% range reduction.
