To be eligible for a skill training reward from the NSC, you must:

* have participated in at least one NSC fleet

* have made a post in the NSC "Hi and Bye" thread in the NSC forum

* comply with any additional requirements listed for the particular skill reward

*Requirements: Racial Battlecruiser V and {{sk|Command Ships|IV|mult=yes}}. Because of the increased cost and experienced required to fly Command Ships compared to Command Destroyers, there are two additional requirements:
**Pilot must submit a fitting they plan on using with their Command Ship; It must be fit with at least 2x Tech 2 Command Burst modules
**Pilot must submit links to 3 NSC AARs in which they have flown Command Destroyers.
**Pilot must submit a screen shot of their Command Ship in PC9. This incentive is for the benefit of the NSC.

* Requirements: Racial Cruiser V and {{sk|Logistics Cruisers|IV|mult=no}}. This reward can be claimed 4 times: once per racial cruiser. Because of the increased cost and experienced required to fly Logistics Cruisers compared to Frigates, there are three additional requirements:
** Pilot must submit a fitting they plan on using with their Logistics Cruiser; It must be cap stable (with an Energy Transfer if a Basilisk or Guardian)
** Pilot must submit links to 3 AARs in which they have flown T1 Logistics Cruiser.
** Pilot must submit a screen shot of their Tech 2 Logistics Cruiser in PC9. This incentive is for the benefit of the NSC.

* Requirements: Train Racial Frigate V (Gallente, Caldari or Amarr) and Electronic Attack Frigate IV, and submit your proof. This reward can be claimed three times: once per racial frigate.
**Pilot must submit a fitting they plan on using with their Logistics Cruiser; It must be cap stable (with an Energy Transfer if a Basilisk or Guardian)
**Pilot must submit links to 3 AARs in which they have flown T1 Logistics Cruiser.
**Pilot must submit a screen shot of their Tech 2 Logistics Cruiser in PC9. This incentive is for the benefit of the NSC.
