Supply Chain Management
Proficiency at starting manufacturing jobs remotely. Each level increases the distance at which jobs can be created by 5 jumps per skill level (up to 25 jumps at level 5). You can start jobs within the same solar system without needing to train this skill, and you can start start jobs in a different region (provided the system is within the number of jumps listed above).
