The NSC maintains a Skill Training Programme to provide NSC members with both guidance and incentives to train into important fleet support skills. There are no particular skills required to join or stay at the NSC, but these skills offer significant benefits to the NSC community.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a skill training reward from the NSC, you must:
- have participated in at least one NSC fleet
- have made a post in the NSC "Hi and Bye" thread in the NSC forum
- comply with any additional requirements listed for the particular skill reward
- be a regular at the NSC and not requesting these skill incentives at other campuses as well

Interceptor

- Reward: Command Destroyer hull and 2x Tech 2 Command Burst modules (matching the training Command Skills). This reward can be claimed 4 times: once per racial destroyer.
- Requirements: Train Wing Command III, Command Burst Specialist IV, Command Destroyers IV and 2x Command Specialist IV.
Command Ships
- Reward: Subsidised Command Ship hull (The NSC will pay 200M towards the cost of purchase). This reward can be claimed 4 times: once per racial battlecruiser.
- Requirements: Racial Battlecruiser V, Wing Command IV and Command Ships IV.
Mindlink Implants
- Reward: Mindlink Implant (matching training skill)
- Requirements: Train Command Specialist skill V and Cybernetics V and submit your proof.
Logistics
Basic Logistic Skills
- Reward: Logistics Frigate Skillbook (6.5M ISK)
- Requirements: Train both Remote Armor Repair Systems IV and Shield Emission Systems IV and submit your proof.
Logistics Frigate
- Reward: T2 Logistics Frigate hull
- Requirements: Racial Frigate V and Logistics Frigates IV. This reward can be claimed 4 times: once per racial frigate.
Logistics Cruiser
- Reward: T2 Logistics Cruiser hull
- Requirements: Racial Cruiser V and Logistics Cruisers IV. This reward can be claimed 4 times: once per racial cruiser. Because of the increased cost and experienced required to fly Logistics Cruisers compared to Frigates, there are three additional requirements:
- Pilot must submit a fitting they plan on using with their Logistics Cruiser; It must be cap stable (with an Energy Transfer if a Basilisk or Guardian)
