| Now that you’ve fleshed out your plan, you need to run it by one of the events staff. The best way to do this is to send an Eve Mail to the [[Events Manager]] or a member of the [[Events_Staff#Active_Events_Staff|Events Staff]]. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions you may have or get help in filling any gaps in your plan. The events staff will go through your plan, make sure it is feasible and complies with Uni policies.
