A Strategic Cruiser would used to have five subsystems. An update in July 2017 reworks Strategic Cruisers and merged Electronic Subsystem to Engineering Subsystems, and renamed Engineering Subsystems to Core Subsystems.
Each subsystem category for each race used to have 4 subsystems, and the same update reduced it to 3.
