The Servant Sisters of EVE (SOE) are a religious humanitarian aid organization founded by a group of Amarrians and Gallenteans. The Sisters operate many stations outside empire space where weary travelers can seek refuge. The SOE is also engaged in a scientific research project on the EVE gate, which they consider to be the gateway to heaven and are determined to unlock its secrets. Furthermore, the Sisters of EVE maintain stations in the unique wormhole system Thera, the only such stations which exist in Wormhole Space.

The Sisters of EVE are the only "pirate" faction who have agents in highsec space. Furthermore, they do not cause (or require) bad Standings with any of the four main factions. Thus, the Sisters' faction ships, the exploration frigate Astero, the exploration cruiser Stratios and the battleship Nestor can be obtained in highsec space.

They are responsible for Project Discovery phase one and its rewards.

The SOE also host The Blood-Stained Stars Epic arc, which has no standing requirement and can be used to increase a pilot's standings with any one of the four major factions, with no penalties.

Sisters of EVE ships

The Sisters of EVE offer a small selection of exploration focused ships with strong innate bonuses to hacking and scanning which allow even inexperienced pilots to scan and hack with great efficiency; the bonuses can bring unskilled pilots to the same level as veterans with hacking and archaeology skills at level V with a T1 exploration frigate. The Astero and Stratios can also use Covert Ops Cloaking Devices, making them the only non-T2 ships able to warp while cloaked. Due to these bonuses many players see the Astero as a shortcut to exploration, but an unskilled Astero pilot is still an unskilled pilot who will be preyed upon (often by other Astero or Stratios pilots flying as hunters).

All SoE ships also come with highly resistant armor, large Drone bays, and durability bonuses to their drones, making them capable PVP ships which are difficult to defang.

The Nestor is an unusual ship with an unusual set of bonuses. While, as a battleship, it is too large to handle covert ops cloaking, its extremely low mass of only 20,000,000kg makes it the only battleship that can enter Class 1 Wormholes. It also has bonuses to remote armor repairs, and a Ship Maintenance Bay. The Maintenance Bay, while unable to hold any cargo, allows the Nestor to act as a permanent Mobile Depot, allowing nearby fleetmates (including other Nestors, but not including the host Nestor itself) to refit their ships in space. This means that, while the Nestor is not as applicable to solo exploration as the Astero and Stratios, it fits the theme of being an exploration command ship. In practice however, the Nestor's exploration capabilities are glossed over and it is commonly used as either a heavyweight logistics platform with significant drone DPS (more powerful than a Guardian, for places where Force Auxiliaries are not usable), or as a droneboat for group PVE.

Unlike with other "pirate" factions, as the Sisters of EVE do not have any combat sites, their ships' blueprints can only be found in LP stores. However, there are certain rare items which can be found in Rogue Drone exploration combat sites, which can be traded for SoE ship blueprints.
