Mission briefing

Recently, a sebiestor chieftain took command of a Minmatar Station in Aring, and he's been sending raiding parties out into nearby systems to harass our transport caravans. I want you to head out there and destroy the raiders' base, along with every damned Minmatar you find. If you're quick and decisive, you can take these worthless dogs down. Still, you're going to need a few tough allied ships along with you. I'm sure the Minmatar will have reasonably strong stationary defenses.
