You warp in about 55km from the nearest group. Three groups, attacking the left or right will aggro the middle one as well.
Upon warp-in attack the left group. That way scramblers from the right group won't aggro you if you run into trouble. Keep your distance above 35km and most of the ships won't be able to attack you. Get too close, and they'll suck your cap.
