If you have Freshman access or above, please place any modules, charges or similar into the 'Donations' container in the hangar in Citadel 101. If the items are too large or you do not have access, please contract them directly to the HSC Manager, with "HSC Donation" in the description (you can put 10,000isk in the 'I will receive' box to cover the cost of creating the contract if you wish).
