Mission briefing
Fly to the coordinates in your journal. Destroy the Tukker mercenaries there, and then wait for their reinforcements. Once all of the reinforcements have been destroyed, along with their captain, then make sure you capture at least one survivor from the wreckage for interrogation before reporting back to your agent.
