Mission briefing
"<Player>! Glad you could make it on such short notice. Let me get right to the point: Yesterday, as you almost certainly know, a regional governor delivered her State of the Region address. Needless to say, we were quite excited and thus put forth a maximum effort to ensure that her speech was broadcast on every possible channel and to the maximum ranges of our civilian and military communications networks.

However, for various reasons at many remote locations, this signal did not reach many who would have otherwise benefitted from this opportunity. For all our efforts, there are some locations that can only be reached the hard way -- ferrying holoreels directly to each and every one of them. We have already dispatched messengers, primarily in interceptors and other fast ships, to these more dangerous destinations.

We need you to transport a quantity of holoreels containing the State of the Region speech to one station in particular and hand them over to an agent who will be waiting for them there. He will then handle all further distribution of the 'reels.

So, can you help us with what should be a straightforward courier job?
