| I'm not going to beat around the bush with you on this one, as there isn't any time. We have a developing emergency in <System.. Several of our commercial convoys have been ripped to shreds in the last few months by an extremely dangerous band of terrorists. As you can see from these camera drone recordings, they have even been willing to fly their ships directly into our freighters and other unarmed haulers. And yes, before you ask, we have been escorting these convoys with heavily armed security vessels, though to little effect.
As these terrorists are obviously willing to die for their cause, they aren't bothering to attack our warships. They simply seem to appear out of nowhere, accelerate to high speeds and slam into the cargo ships. Depending on the cargo, this action can, at best, tear open the cargo bays and release the contents into the vacuum of space, or, at worst, strike a shipment of fuels or ammunition, and destroy the freighter in one huge explosion. One such explosion destroyed an entire convoy.
However, an ultra-secure communications intercept satellite recently picked up a communication that we believe indicates the terrorists are now considering turning their deadly tactic against some unidentified stations in the region. Given our huge civilian population on these stations, the decision has been made to conduct a partial evacuation of all potential target stations.
What we need from you is your help in getting these civilians – mostly the spouses and children of station personnel – to a station that is further away from the terrorists' known area of operation. Normally, I would not ask this of a capsuleer, but I am begging you: will you help us evacuate these people until this threat has passed? We need to know right now, as we have already begun to organize the evacuation fleet; can we count you in?
