Mission briefing |

I'd like you to help us investigate a string of disappearances which have been occurring in <Constellation>. The outer settlements and mining expeditions have been reporting people missing almost every day now for the past few weeks, and some small settlements have strangely become abandoned. It's become a bit of a political mess, considering the government has been encouraging civilians to move away from the cities and crowded areas, and now people are moving back to avoid the dangers of living on the outer rim of civilized space.
For your first reconnaissance mission I would like you to take a look at a small settlement in <System> that we lost contact with. The inhabitants had a hidden surveillance monitor installed a few weeks ago, which should reveal what happened there. Bring it to me, it is located inside one of the habitation modules. |
Blitz: Destroy the Rogue drone ships, pick-up the data chip and get out.
Warp-in
You have to dispatch the drones to open the cargo can (disguised as a habitation module) and pick up the data chip needed for the mission.

The bulk of the incoming damage is from the missile batteries, using Scourge Light missiles. They do roughly 10x as much damage as the ships.

Sorry about the trap you had to deal with, <Pilot>. Those drones and sentry guns must have been set up by whoever was behind the disappearance of the inhabitants. Thank goodness you made it out alive. |

Unfortunately the data chip you retrieved from the abandoned settlement was damaged, I can't read its contents and our computer experts here are unable to retrieve the lost data. However I know of a specialist who deals with such things, who is currently residing in <System>. I'd like you to bring the chip to him, perhaps he can salvage some of the data that was lost. |

Interesting. The data chip was in fact damaged by an ultra-powerful EMP burst. This would also explain why we received no distress signal from the settlement when the inhabitants were abducted. I assume whoever the perpetrators are, they are trying to be extra careful to avoid detection.
The bad news is that our surveillance equipment was disabled by the EMP burst before it could detect who the attackers were. Therefore we're back to square one.*sigh* |

It looks like fortune shines upon us, <Pilot>. In some of the more established settlements in the outer rim of <System> we have installed a continuous signal to <Station>. The signal from one such settlement was just recently broken, and we suspect that an EMP burst is responsible.
Please warp to the settlement A.S.A.P. If you encounter any hostiles then fight them, and if possible round up the survivors for questioning. Good luck. |

So the Caldari were behind this? Very surprising ... but it does explain the lack of captives you brought back with you. They don't like being taken alive.
I'll have to report this straight to the upper echelons of Sisters of EVE. We need to get to the bottom of this ... |

Shortly after you left the settlement we ordered you to investigate in your last mission, we noticed a group of ships warp to the area. They left in a hurry, probably after they discovered the wreckage of the hostiles you destroyed. I still have a trace on these UFOs, and I would like you to intercept them before they enter deadspace.
It so happens that one of our surveillance teams has been tracking these guys for a few days. They didn't expect them to be a part of the brigands attacking our settlements, but with this new evidence we are quite sure that there is a connection. Using the data our surveillance team has acquired, the hostiles should arrive at a certain deadspace area in <System> in a few minutes. Please warp to the acceleration gate leading into it immediately, and wait for their arrival. When they arrive, destroy them, and bring any survivors back to me. |

You brought back captives in shackles? Let me take a look at this ... |

Mission briefing |

The captives you rescued in your last mission have told me their tale. Although frightened and quite traumatized, they've told me how they were captured by Amarr 'thugs' and forced to board their industrial. Right after their settlement was hit by Caldari mercenaries who disabled their communication devices.
More importantly, they were told that they would be transported to 'labor camps' where they would spend the rest of their life 'if they didn't behave'. This is a clear sign that Amarrian slave traders are somehow involved. Why we do not know yet. I would like you to do a reconnaissance mission into the deadspace area you were sent to in your last mission. Investigate what lies inside; Where are they taking these people? If you see an Amarr Slave Compound there, you need to enter it and see what you find there. I will not consider this mission complete until you have entered that part of their site. |
Warp-in at about 10-20km from the gate.

Possible Blitz: Take care of group A and go trough the gate. When enough distance is maintained the other groups will not aggro.

The mission completes on warp in, with both a pop-up and a message in local.
Blitz: Immediately warp out on mission complete. No combat required.
There is 1 support frig (webifies, but you can warp before it locks) at about 5-20k range which aggros shortly after warp in and a whole lot of Amarrian navy vessels at about 130k range. Approach to about 65K and the Armageddons open fire, Turn and run again and you can pick off a few ships. It may take a few runs to complete this section due to the sheer volume of ships. "Not for the faint hearted"
Pop-up: System message |

Warning!
Multiple battleships have been spotted. Suggested action: Tactical retreat. |
