With a corporate command structure and open recruitment policy, the Cartel are less thugs than sharks in pinstripe suits, capable of operating on all levels of society. With a major operational base in Etherium Reach on the edge of Minmatar space, the Cartel is held with deep suspicion within the Republic. On 13 September 2025 A different amount (45) and volume (4500{{m3}}) were reported. This seems to indicate that there is a version for another level (3?). Analysis of other storyline missions leads to the following:

* level 1 storyline courier missions appear to have a max cargo volume of 320{{m3}}

* other storyline courier missions with multiple levels seem to come in the combination of level 1 and level 3. Having volumes of 320{{m3}} for level 1 and 4500{{m3}} for level 3 i.e.:

** [[A Different Drone]]

** [[A Greener World]]

** [[Ancient Treasures]]

** [[Culture Clash]]

** ...

Most reported level 3s in these combinations also have a little bit different description of the cargo usually at least containing the word "large".
