Kicking the Nest is the final mission of a 3 part mission chain, The other missions are Survey Rendezvous and Listening Post.

Drones going rogue? How does this even happen? They've been stealing parts from our long-range survey towers for a while. Now they are attacking our survey ships. This has to stop. Based on data from numerous sources, we've found a gathering of these drones. A nest, if you will. Destroy them. |

The acceleration gate is ~about 20 km from the warp-in.

Blitz: Kill the Drone Hive.
When the Drone Hive is destroyed before the last ship of group A there will be no reinforcement waves.
Reinforcement 1 spawns after group A is destroyed.
Reinforcement 2 spawns after reinforcement 1 is destroyed.
