Serpentis Hidden Rally Point is a combat anomaly. It is a variant of Serpentis Rally Point.
Walkthough
The site is an open deadspace pocket that can be warped to at any range. It consists of a rock formation inside a cloud, with the Serpentis rats spawning around it.
