The Ploy: Amarr Path is a guide to completing The Ploy for those who have high Amarr Faction Standing.

You can follow the Amarr Path only if you have the required Unmodified Standings:

EVE Online displays only Effective Standings. Chris Halsky's Sheet will suggest which Path you should take based on your current Standings.

Step 1: Career Agents

You need to achieve at least the following Unmodified Standings:

Complete any ten out of fifteen Career Agent Mission chains for each Empire in the following order:

  • 5 Minmatar
  • 5 Gallente
  • 5 Minmatar
  • 5 Gallente
  • 5 Amarr
  • 5 Caldari
  • 5 Amarr
  • 5 Caldari

Do this to keep both Minmatar and Gallente Faction Standings high while also reaching 5.0 Faction Standing with both Amarr and Caldari so you can start their Epic Arcs.

You can skip Step 1: Career Agents and proceed to Step 2: First and second Epic Arc if you have the required Unmodified Standings.

Step 2: First and second Epic Arc

Complete the Epic Arcs in the following order:

  1. Right to Rule
  2. Penumbra

Avoid destroying Gallente ships in Penumbra.

Step 3: Re-balance Standings

You need to achieve at least the following Unmodified Standings:

In addition, you will need 5.0 Effective Standing with:

  • Amarr
  • Caldari
  • Minmatar's Brutor Tribe Corporation
  • Gallente's Impetus Corporation

To achieve the required Standings you need to complete seven Storyline Missions:

  • for Minmatar Corporations for +1% Minmatar Standing reward
  • for Gallente Corporations for +1% Gallente Standing reward

To generate the Storyline Missions you can run missions for Minmatar's Brutor Tribe and Gallente's Impetus Corporations. This will simultaneously increase your Corporation Standings and allow you to start the Minmatar and Gallente Epic Arcs.

Instead of Storyline Missions you could do:

Step 4: Third, forth and fifth Epic Arc

Complete the Epic Arcs in the following order:

  1. Wildfire
  2. Syndication
  3. The Blood-Stained Stars in which you will side with Gallente

Avoid destroying Amarr ships during the Church Of The Obsidian Epic Arc Mission. The Ploy assumes you will lose no more than 0.004 Amarr Faction Standing during the whole Epic Arc.
