Overview
Trade skills help to increase the overall profit of market transactions by decreasing taxes, raising the maximum number of active market orders and granting the ability to remotely sell or buy items. Charisma has the most influence on training times of these skills.
Willpower and Charisma are important to learning trade skills.
The following are the skills in the Trade section (in alphabetical order):
- Accounting - Reduce transaction tax by 10% per level.
- Broker Relations - Reduce broker fees by 5% per level.
- Contracting - Increase number of outstanding contracts by 4 per level.
- Corporation Contracting - Increase number of outstanding corporate contracts by 10 per level.
- Customs Code Expertise - Reduces Customs Office NPC tax rate by 10% per level.
- Daytrading - Remote modification of buy/sell orders.
- Margin Trading - Reduces the amount of escrow immediately needed for a buy order.
- Marketing - Sell items remotely.
- Procurement - Setup buy orders remotely.
- Retail - Increase buy/sell slots by 8 per level.
- Trade - Increase buy/sell slots by 4 per level.
- Tycoon - Increase buy/sell slots by 32 per level.
- Visibility - Increase possible range on a buy order setup remotely.
- Wholesale - Increase buy/sell slots by 16 per level.

Corporation Contracting
For each level of this skill the number of concurrent corporation/alliance contracts you make on behalf of your corporation is increased by 10 up to a maximum of 60.
This skill has no effect on contracts you make personally.
There is no limit on the number of contracts a corporation can assign to itself.
