Template:Member Services The Ship Replacement Program is an initiative by EVE University Logistics Department to encourage participation in war and official Uni operations. This program allows students to replace ship losses up to cruiser size incurred during war or official fleet operations.

What ships can be replaced?

The program only replaces the following Frigates, Destroyers, Cruisers and Battlecruisers. Please keep in mind that, depending on your hull, you might either receive a replacement hull or a monetary value as a partial reimbursement.

Full Hull Reimbursements

You'll receive a replacement ship in the event that you lose one of the following ships. Keep in mind that this does not include any modules, however you might still acquire a basic fitting from corporation hangars.

  • T1 Frigates
  • T1 Destroyers
  • T1 Cruisers

Partial Reimbursements

You'll receive a partial reimbursement in the form of an ISK transfer in the event that you lose one of the following ships.

Only losses that had a reasonable PvP fitting and happened while being in a combat fleet and in PvP versus other corporations are covered. PvE or comedy fits and -fleets are not covered by the ship replacement program.

While we will try to fulfill the ship type of each request, our stocks are not endless. If you're unlucky and a replacement ship is not immediately available, your request might be delayed.

New ship request

This program can be used to request a new ship instead of a replacement. A new ship requested this way must only be used for wartime PvP fleets, or official University fleet operations.

Avoid common mistakes that lead to the rejection of your request

  • If you are not an EVE University member, your request will be rejected.
  • Check the Alpha hangar in Pator Tech School Aldrat before making a request for a frigate through the Ship Replacement Program. If you don't have hangar access, ask in corp chat if someone with access to check if the frigate you're looking for is available. Requesting a ship through the Ship Replacement Program can take a day or sometimes longer, however frigates from the PTS hangar will usually be available immediately if they are stocked.
  • You must type your full character name in the name field of the request form.
  • For replacements your ship loss must have occurred in a combat fleet against another corporation.
  • If you request a replacement, you must provide the URL to the killboard entry showing the killmail.
    • Do NOT paste the actual killmail into the form.
    • All killmails must be __commented__, As per EVE University rules. Read here for instructions: How to Post A Killmail. The comment should explain briefly the engagement conditions, who aggressed first, security status or corp standing of the opponent, solo or fleet engagement, etc.
  • Fitting of the lost ship must not be in violation of the current Wartime Standard Operating Procedures.
