| The existence of Gurista military complexes contradicts the common perception of the organization as romantic anarchists or modern buccaneers. Time and again both State and CONCORD authorities have encountered sprawling Gurista fortresses that display a degree of organization and manpower generally found only in effective military organizations. All such sites should be dealt with severely and their command structure broken. We do not want a repeat of Kuvakei. |
