The '''AIR Career Program''' rewards players for reaching certain goals. The rewards for a single goal are a small amount of [[ISK]] and career points (CP) but sometimes also items. The goals are grouped into four categories which each have ten sub categories. All goals in one category give a total of a thousand CP. When you reach three quarter of a category i.e. 750 CP, you get a hundred thousand skill points (SP) plus skins. Further, you gain SP based upon your total CP. You can gain a total of 750 thousand SP through the AIR Career Program.

While you will reach most goals through your normal activities as a new player, you probably have to strive out of those to obtain all the SP. Thus the system encourages to try out activities which you otherwise would not have.
