It can be found via exploration by scanning anomalies in high security and low security systems. Destroyers (and their Tech 3 equivalents) are the maximum ship class allowed to enter the site. Completing this complex may award the player with valuable Coreli B-type and Shadow Serpentis faction modules.

Serving as a center for sorting, evaluation and distribution, this place represents at once the beginning and the end for those unfortunate souls who through fate or folly find themselves in the hands of the Serpentis.
