Our goal is to foster a respectful, inclusive, and constructive environment for all members and guests. To that end, we have the following rules across all EVE University communication channels:

  • Respectful Communication: Harassment, personal attacks, discriminatory language or behaviour—including racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ageism, or other forms of prejudice—will not be tolerated. All members and guests should engage respectfully with others.
  • Explicit or Inappropriate Content: Sharing graphic or adult content, including pornography, is not allowed. Keep discussions generally appropriate for a broad audience.
  • Real-Life Politics or Religion: Avoid discussing real-world political or religious topics to maintain a neutral and inclusive environment.
  • Scams and Dishonesty: Scamming or attempting to scam fellow members or guests is prohibited.
  • Disruptive Behaviour: Excessive spamming is not permitted. Good-natured banter, casual cursing, and lighthearted teasing are welcome, provided they remain respectful and inclusive under the above rules.
  • Unsolicited Solicitation and Advertising: Begging for ISK, items, or services, advertising Hypernet offers, or promoting trades and corporations outside the appropriate channels is prohibited. Use #buy-or-sell for trades and #work-fair for recruitment.
