- I will seek to be active both in EVE Online and in the EVE University community
Sponsoring Member and Staff Success
- I will act as a sponsor to unblock and resolve issues impacting members and staff, and where no clear owner exists, I will work with others to resolve and provide clarity.
- I will share in the responsibility to ensure hard work and achievements that benefit the interests of EVE University are celebrated and credit is given to the appropriate people.
Avoiding Micromanagement
- I will empower my team by supporting them in the execution of our team responsibilities and trusting their expertise.
- I will provide guidance and support rather than engaging in detailed oversight of every task.
Collaboration
- I will actively seek opportunities to collaborate across departments and functions.
