Structures are an important part of EVE Online. Players and corporations may own structures, which can be valuable strategic assets. In the context of this policy, we use the term 'player-owned structure' to cover a range of items, including [[Upwell structures]], [[POS]]es, [[POCO]]s, or any other permanently placed structure owned by a player or corporation. Temporary anchorable [[mobile structures]], such as mobile depot or tractor unit, are not covered by this policy. Engaging in [[Orbital Skyhook]] raids and [[Encounter Surveillance System]] roberies are also allowed.

The only time our members are permitted to take action against a (non abandoned) player-owned structure is with permission from either the FC Team Manager, or a Director.
