EVE University Medals: Difference between revisions

Consolidated the outdated https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/EVE_University_Ribbons page onto the bottom of this space, to have both medals and ribbons in one place. Medals with ribbon are presented first, then only ribbons without a medal follow after. Duplicates have been sorted out.
