Mining Blitz was an event that ran from 9 March to 16 March 2022. It is the same as the old Resource Wars.
Fly solo or with a group of friends and gather unique resources from Mining Expedition event sites while fending off NPC attacks, then deliver the ore to a nearby NPC Orca. Depending on how fast the site is completed, you will get ISK and Loyalty Points, and the latter can be traded in at special Resource Wars LP stores for exclusive SKINs - including a new freighter SKIN - and apparel.
Event Sites
The sites appear as beacons in the overview, and come in 5 types of increasing difficulty. Each site has a limited number of pilots that can enter as well as restrictions on the type of ships that can enter each level. As the site increases in size, it also increases in difficulty, payout, number of pilots allowed, and types of ships allowed

Venture FFA Abyssal Proving Grounds
To further celebrate the industry updates, there was an Abyssal Proving Grounds event that ran from 12-14 March. You could only bring one local repair module (shield or armor) with you, and all modules are limited to Meta 4.
The following modules were banned:
- Sensor Dampeners
- Weapon Disruptors
- Shield Rechargers
- Shield Power Relays
- Shield Flux Coils
- Core Defense Field Purgers
The following bonuses will be in place:
- +100% turret damage
- -50% turret capacitor consumption
- +25% turret optimal range
- +100% bonus to the benefits of overheating, other than EWAR
Login Campaign
Mining Blitz Daily Gifts is a login campaign that ran alongside Mining Blitz. The campaign rewards Mining Boosters, and 10,000 Skill Points for Alpha clones with 10,000 more Skill Points for Omega clones.
