The Smuggler Hideout is a Capsuleer Day XIX event site. It consists of two gated pockets. You have to clear most of the NPCs in the first pocket to make the acceleration gate to the second pocket usable. In the second pocket your goal is to destroy the Smuggler Underboss which drops various loot. The number of NPC spawns and their size depends on the highest ship class used, especially T3 cruisers lead to significantly more NPCs.[1] The number of ships entering doesn't affect the spawns though. If you use a battlecruiser, you have two waves per pocket.

- 1. Drone tank - if you stop being redboxed, recall drones immediately, and immediately send them again.
- 2. Try to remove biggest ship first, except boss - leave it for the end.
- 3. Due to low DPS and poor(ish) application site times are long.
- 4. Check in pyfa - I had 500 EHP/s . With 450 should be fine.
