Minmatar Liberation Day (2020)

Liberation Day (alternatively Minmatar Liberation Day[note 1]) was a limited time event running between 10-13 July 2020, downtime to downtime. During this period, capsuleers could log in to earn fireworks, and SKINs for the Minmatar Shuttle and Wreathe. Omega clones could also collect 35k Skill Points and Minmatar-themed clothing. This event featured celebrations in select systems of Minmatar Republic high security space.

Powerful Capsuleers, Minmatar Liberation Day is here again, so it's time to celebrate the life and culture of the Republic and its people! There is a daily login event running until 11:00 UTC on 12 July where you can claim free rewards, as well as Minmatar parades in selected systems, and there will even be an awesome player-run gathering in-game to check out! By logging in daily during the Liberation Day event, you can claim free gifts such as Minmatar-themed character apparel, a Liberation Day Fireworks Crate, Nefantar SKINs, and Skill Points to boost your training. Pilots in Omega Clone State will get bigger rewards, while also being able to claim the Alpha rewards too! In addition, you can visit Liberation Day event sites and witness celebratory parades where there will also be daily challenges with Skill Point rewards. These will take place in the Rens, Hek, Eram, Teonusude, Pator, Altrinur, and Hjoramold systems. What's more, there will be in-game player-run Liberation Day celebrations and tournaments to attend in the Dal system with a number of activities taking place, starting at 19:00 UTC on Friday 10 July. The SKINs are applied directly on activation and can't be sold on market.
The reward setup is similar to the Federation Day event a month before.
Parade
During the event, special event beacons with a Minmatar fleet (composed of static structures of various Minmatar ships) were spawned. They were named after the Titan of the fleet, and appeared as a beacon in space as "RFS <titan name> Liberation Parade".
The systems where parades took place (alongside the titan name and in-system location) were:
- Rens (RFS Maiori Kul-Brutor, ~220 km off of Rens VI - Moon 8 - Brutor Tribe Treasury)
- Hek (RFS Oskla Shakim, ~230km off of Hek IV - Krusal Tribe Bureau)
- Eram (RFS Karin Midular, within 250km of Eram IX - Moon 4 - Sebiestor Tribe Bureau)
- Teonusade (RFS Shara Osali, ~190km off Teonusude VII - Moon 1 - Vherokior Tribe Treasury)
- Pator (RFS Drupar Maak, In orbit of Pator IV (Matar))
- Altrinur (RFS Jornal Kehok, 250km off of Altrinur XI - Moon 3 - Thukker Mix Factory)
- Hjoramold (RFS Brecin Utulf, in orbit of Hjoramold VII)
On 11 July 2020, all pilots were given a task to shoot fireworks at a predetermined titan among the listed locations. Pilots received 5k SP directly for their efforts.
