Updating with announcements from past week: Archemide and Zeeroak made FC Team Managers, Nexdoom made Main Community Lead. Removed user page wiki links for those who don't have a user page. Restored forum PM links for all management. Removed indents from any directors that had them. Changed some blurbs to standardize referring to EVE University in the third person.
