Platitudes. Blandishments. Lies. You of all people know that CONCORD and the Empires have no interest in common with you. They have done nothing for you. They shall do nothing for you. How long will you listen to their empty words? In recent days, as is their pitiful habit, CONCORD has made use of you to advance their own agenda. These "free trade outposts" you have so willingly cleared of my associates have been taken over by CONCORD's worst: The SARO. Perhaps you don't believe me? Check for yourself.
