Capsuleer Day XIX was a limited time event celebrating EVE Online's 19th birthday that ran from 3rd May to 24th May 2022, downtime to downtime. Starting from the 6th of May[1] when taking part in the agency campaign a capsuleer could choose between supporting the DED or the Underworld Smugglers faction, with each featuring their own sites and rewards.
Undergirding this event was a storyline surrounding a galactic drug smuggling operation, with the DED seeking to root out Underground Smuggler hideouts, and the Smugglers seeking aid from capsuleers to fight CONCORD's SARO units.
Login Campaign
Capsuleers must have logged in for 15 out of the 22 days to collect all rewards. The campaign rewards SKINs, Boosters, and 100.000 Skill Points for Alpha clones with 350.000 additional Skill Points and ships for Omega clones. You could also use fireworks on another capsuleer once per day(except during the Sunesis Proving Ground) for 10k Skill Points, for a total of 180,000 if you participate every day.

Agency Campaign
The Agency Campaign for this event was split between running sites for the DED or the Smugglers. Capsuleers could choose which faction they wish to support for the event. This decision only determined for which side you collected points and thus which skins and boosters you got as rewards (see the reward table). You could still run sites for either group though and you didn't lose any standings by doing so.
DED
The DED is a longstanding enforcement arm of CONCORD. Like EDENCOM during the Triglavian Invasion, they represented the side of CONCORD and the four Empires that capsuleers can side with in order to thwart drug smuggling operations.

Platitudes. Blandishments. Lies. You of all people know that CONCORD and the Empires have no interest in common with you. They have done nothing for you. They shall do nothing for you. How long will you listen to their empty words? In recent days, as is their pitiful habit, CONCORD has made use of you to advance their own agenda. These "free trade outposts" you have so willingly cleared of my associates have been taken over by CONCORD's worst: The SARO. Perhaps you don't believe me? Check for yourself. I have broadcast the new signatures of those sites to all. Why should you not destroy the SARO bully boys? They have always sought to control you. Do their bidding no more. Open your eyes. Seize your destiny. And, if you would, join me, The Deathless.

Two different types of level III data sites appeared: CONCORD Mobile Impound Lot and Smuggler Dead Drop. Sites spawn in all areas of space.
You will receive agency points only from the site opposing your faction of choice but both sites can be completed for loot without penalties.
The sites seem to have mostly drops:
- Datacores
- Decryptors
- Storyline materials
- Smuggler Lockbox (always at least 1x per container)
- Capsuleer Starburst Fireworks
- Capsule Cascade Fireworks
- Drug commodities
- Smuggler noosters (Smuggler Dead Drop)
- DED boosters (CONCORD Mobile Impound Lot and Smuggler Dead Drop)
- Versus Redforce SKINs
- Boobook BPC
Proving grounds
Both events featured special 19% bonuses to turret and missile damage, ship velocity, sensor strength, and reduce signature radius. There were also extra buff and debuff objects spread around the play field giving additional 19% bonuses or penalties to any ship that collided with them. Sensor dampeners, weapon disruptors, shield boost amplifiers, shield rechargers, shield power relays, shield flux coils, and core defense field purgers were banned in these proving formats.
Allowed ship types were the Imperial Navy Slicer, Caldari Navy Hookbill, Federation Navy Comet, Republic Fleet Firetail, Crucifier Navy Issue, Griffin Navy Issue, Maulus Navy Issue, and Vigil Fleet Issue. There is a maximum of 1 ship type per team.
Ships that entered this proving ground could have a maximum of one local repair module fitted (shield or armor).
During this proving ground event, the Triglavian Cladistic Caches available to the winners of each proving match contained roughly twice as many Triglavian Survey Data as usual.
Sunesis Free-For-All [20 - 23 May]
Allowed ship type was the Sunesis.
