Capsuleer Day XIX is a limited time event celebrating EVE Online's 19th birthday, running from 3rd May to 24th May 2022, downtime to downtime. Starting from the 6th of May[1] when taking part in the agency campaign a capsuleer can choose between supporting the DED or the Underworld Smugglers faction, with each featuring their own sites and rewards.

Undergirding this event is a storyline surrounding a galactic drug smuggling operation, with the DED seeking to root out Underground Smuggler hideouts, and the Smugglers seeking aid from capsuleers to fight CONCORD's SARO units.

Login Campaign

Capsuleers must log in for 15 out of the 22 days to collect all rewards. The campaign rewards SKINs, Boosters, and 100.000 Skill Points for Alpha clones with 350.000 additional Skill Points and ships for Omega clones.

Agency Campaign

The Agency Campaign for this event is split between running sites for the DED or the Smugglers. Capsuleers can choose which faction they wish to support for the event. This decision only determines for which side you collect points and thus which skins and boosters you get as rewards (see the reward table). You can still run sites for either group though and you don't lose any standings by doing so.

DED

DED is the police enforcement arm of CONCORD, with the responsibility of tracking down known criminals and attacking criminal facilities. They frequently operate outside empire space, wanting criminals to understand that they are nowhere safe from the long arm of the law.

The DED is a longstanding enforcement arm of CONCORD. Like EDENCOM during the Triglavian Invasion, they represent the side of CONCORD and the four Empires that capsuleers can side with in order to thwart drug smuggling operations.

Underworld Smugglers

A shadowy network of smugglers linked to Caldari and Thukker organized crime and mercenary groups has been steadily increasing its reach across New Eden. This ruthless alliance between the likes of the Intara, Krullefor, Onikanabo, and Seykal is not to be underestimated.

Platitudes. Blandishments. Lies.

You of all people know that CONCORD and the Empires have no interest in common with you. They have done nothing for you. They shall do nothing for you. How long will you listen to their empty words?

In recent days, as is their pitiful habit, CONCORD has made use of you to advance their own agenda. These "free trade outposts" you have so willingly cleared of my associates have been taken over by CONCORD's worst: The SARO.

Perhaps you don't believe me? Check for yourself. I have broadcast the new signatures of those sites to all. Why should you not destroy the SARO bully boys? They have always sought to control you.

Do their bidding no more. Open your eyes. Seize your destiny. And, if you would, join me, The Deathless.

-"The Deathless"[2]
