With growing unrest along the borders and rising conflict with the Minmatar, the Navy required a versatile ship for both military engagements and enforcing Imperial authority. The result was the Dragoon Navy issue, a vessel that combines the Dragoon's ability to neutralize and disable with improved missile and laser combat capabilities. A true symbol of imperial might that can be swiftly deployed wherever the Empress requires. Notes

Compared to the Dragoon, the Dragoon Navy Issue receives bonuses to more different weapon systems. It is now bonused for rockets, light missiles, and energy turrets in addition to the original drone and energy neutralizer bonuses. There aren't enough slots on the Dragoon Navy Issue to realistically equip all of these different weapon systems in the same fit, but the versatility of fitting has benefits in both PvE and PvP situations. The Dragoon Navy Issue also receives greater durability, speed, powergrid, CPU, agility, and top speed than the regular Dragoon.
